Personal Review:
I enjoyed watching this movie. I did give it three stars because I am not a fan of musicals, and the movie was very dull in the first half. There was too much talking going on at first and I felt as if the movie wasn't going to go anywhere. When I started to enjoy the movie was when Nassim died. It was very emotional how they did it. His brother came back with him on the scoter, and I thought he was just asleep at first. I was really hoping he wasn't dead, but when his mother got him off my fears became true. The fact that his mother hid his death until the conflict in the village was resolved was honorable. She and the other women were the true heroes. Their plan was fool proof and worked like a charm. The opening and end scenes both took place in the cemetery. I believed this sent the perfect message to the audience that this conflict will only result in death and will achieve nothing. I was also uncomfortable watching all of the men droll over the Ukrainian women. They were really acting like animals.

IDMB Review:

Andy-296's Review of Where Do We Go Now? - IMDb

I enjoyed reading this person's review. This user brought up how the humor in the movie is too broad at times. I enjoyed the humor, but I have to agree with this person, it was too disconnected from the plot at some points. The user thought that having the Ukrainian women was a subplot. That part did seem random too me, but it was necessary for the plot of the movie. The men had to be distracted in order for the women to be able to stop them from using guns on each other.
