Review
I gave Ghadi five out of five stars. I really enjoyed seeing character development of all of the townspeople throughout the movie. While their development may of took an extra push and a brilliant plan, it happened, and it was really amazing to see how everyone was completely different at the end of the movie. The casting of Emmanuel Khairallah to play Ghadi was wonderful, he is an individual who has down syndrome and him playing a character with it was the perfect way to represent. The movie was a little goofy at some points though. When the scene with Ghadi talking to the townspeople came on you could clearly see someone behind him moving the wings. The speakers sounded artificial and Ghadi having the same voice as his father was very suspicious. Regardless of that I found those scenes to be funnier than they were silly. I think it was a heartwarming story and it shows how far parents are willing to go to give their children the best no matter their disability.

IMDb Review
I found a review on IMDb by user CallEmLikeISeeEm. They gave the movie ten out of ten stars. The user talks about how the movie tackles many themes in Arab society. The user says the movie explores humans' endless capacity for love. This is what I saw in the movie was a family's endless love for their child. The user was laughing, crying, and laughing from the film. I find this beautiful that this person experienced these emotions while watching this film.
