  Rating: 3/5 ✯✯✯ Release  Date: 1958 Genre: Crime/Drama Director: Youssef Chahine  Actors: Youssef Chahine, Farid Shawqi, Hind Rostom Plot The 1958 release of "Cairo Station" is a great Egyptian movie. In the film, a physically challenged newspaper salesman named Qinawi develops an obsession with a young employee named Hannuma at the Cairo railway station. Qinawi starts stalking and harassing Hannuma as his obsession develops into a lethal addiction. Abou Serib, a porter who also works at the station, is the man she is engaged to. In his increasing fascination and desperation to gain Hannuma's love, Qinawi ultimately reaches a violent and deadly conclusion. In a Cairo that is quickly modernizing, the movie examines issues of abuse, workers issues, and violence. Review  "Cario Station" was both a good and poor film. Abu Raed, an elderly airport cleaner who is mistaken for a pilot by the local kids because of his attire, is the main character of the story. He starts wearing a discarded pilot hat while entertaining the kids by telling them tales of his trips and exploits. Abu Raed develops a bond with Nour, a disobedient young woman who eventually settles into the area. He finds out from their discussions that Nour wants to leave her controlling family and pursue her ambition of becoming a pilot. As their connection deepens, Abu Raed takes on the role of mentor for Nour, inspiring her to pursue her goals and educating her about the world outside of their community. Intimate portraits of the protestors who deposed Hosni Mubarak in 2011 and their fight for an Egyptian democracy are presented in the movie.  The movie follows a group of activists who unite to demand justice and freedom, ranging from orthodox Islamists to secular liberals. They feel the joy of victory and the sorrow of betrayal as they take over Tahrir Square, as the military junta that takes over fails to uphold its promises of democracy. Leba Seba (Georges K) was a kid who suffered with a speech impairment as a kid. He overcomes that challenge with the help of music and his music teacher. Years later Leba is married and has two daughters, he is pressured by the town to have a boy. He succeeds but finds out his kid is going to be born handicap. He goes back to his old music teacher in Beirut and is told to let his kid play his part in life. 🟊🟊🟊 3/5 Stars  Director:  Ana Lily Amirpour Actors:  Sheila Vand,  Marshall Manesh,  Mozhan MarnΓ²,  Dominic Rains Genre: Horror  Release  Date:  April 20th, 2015 (U.S. ), 2014   Plot: The girl is a vampire who preys on men who mistreat women. Throughout the movie she kills men who mistreat the prostitute, Atti. She forms a relationship with a young man named Arash. Arash father is an addict whom the girl killed because he mistreated the prostitute, Atti. We see how the vampire, Shelia, has a human side to her in the movie. Arash eventually figures out Shelia killed his father.  Review:  I gave this film three out of five stars. I liked the plot of the film. The idea of a vampire girl who goes around an awful city preying on those who mistreat women shows that there are protectors out there. I found Shelia to be likable due to the human side of her.
